Sarah has been an instrumental force in workplace evolution, from Netflix to Hulu and Riot Games, shifting focus from square footage to human dynamics.
In our exclusive interview, Sara shares her experiences in revolutionizing the workspace.
“It’s not just about running a building,” she says. “It’s now physical, experiential, and virtual environments. It’s expanded exponentially.”
Sarah realized years ago that the workplace industry meant more than just square footage. In 2014-2016 she got her master’s degree in organizational development to better support the human dynamics of real estate.
Beyond the home vs office debate: Sara’s admittedly tired of this debate. She believes there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Rather, the real question to ask is whether companies are brave enough to forge a path that’s uniquely theirs — to “create that passion and pride and true connection to what you’re doing.”
