Hi. My name is Andrew. I'm the co founder and CEO of a company called Density. We build small radar sensors that anonymously measure how buildings are used all over the world. And these devices generate billions of records of utilization across, you know, lots of different time zones and dozens of countries. And when you want to query data that is stored at, you know, one second intervals and reported out at fifteen minute intervals and it's 10,000 spaces, it's really hard to do, like, fast, high quality visual answers. And so about three years ago, we started working on how can we solve this problem. And I'm really excited to share a new application called Instant, made by Density that is specifically designed to do that. So we can ask questions about the mix of our portfolio. We can also say how our meeting rooms used. And we get really fast charts. They're interactive. They are comprehensive. I'm not gonna show all six ninety. And you can also stack questions. So I could... I just asked about meeting rooms, let's say I wanna know about desks. I can ask how desks are used and, you know, I get this nice little chart that shows me what the types of behaviors we see. So how long are sessions? Our systems are fully anonymous, but this is like really granular data about essentially where can I find unused space, what type of spaces should I be building, where am I running out of meeting rooms, and all of that is at your fingertips and can be constructed in real time and visually? What's really fun about this is, just jump back up to the top. Real estate and workplace teams, they support everybody else. And so when a head of engineering or head of marketing or head of operations wants to or needs to create more space, they work with the real estate and workplace teams to get answers to what should they do to build a strategy about what they should do. So we thought it'd be really cool to make it easy to share, both ask questions and then share those results. If I go into this new tab, the user that just got this link, if I were to have just received this link, gets a snapshot of the same exact charting that you just saw, and it's available instantly. I am, you know, really excited about this because I think that not everybody needs to be a user of a platform. This URL expires in seven days. It can be turned off if a user would like. It can also be used as an invite link to help users sign up if they need to be a part of a team. But in general, sometimes you just need some information, you need it quickly. And what's more, you might want it on your phone. So that same URL, that share URL, provides all the same charting directly on your phone. It is remarkable how good some of these technologies have allowed us to organize, visualize, and then distribute information. And build a system on three core components. Number one, I'm just going to unshare that. Number one, the system needed to be or feel instantaneous. You need to be able to ask a 100 questions and feel like you could ask a 100 more. It needed to work for all different types of things. So I should be able to ask how many sensors are online. If I'm an admin to an account and I've a bunch of density devices deployed, it'd be really good to know how many sensors are online. It turns out a whole bunch in this case. And what's great about that is as an admin of an account, you can both sort of manage the analysis of buildings as well as, you know, the deployment of devices, and you can do so without having to just read walls of text. And I'm really excited about this because we built this on sort of like three core principles. Number one, we do a bunch of compression and then we co locate a customer's data in their browser session. It's very small footprint so that we can use it at runtime, and that avoids this big round trip with a, you know, sort of an API or trying to organize a bunch of data with a remote database. Number two, we have a charting library that we sort of lay out as sort of primitives that can be assembled in lots of different ways by a model. And then number three, we use a system one, model that can, use, good decision making to determine probabilistically what are the right charts to show based on the questions that the user may have. This is available to customers, today. You can go to instant.density.io and just log in with your normal credentials and ask... Just keep asking as many questions as you'd like. And send us feedback when you have it. There's a big feedback button, and we... Our team will be reading everything that comes in. So thank you again, and we hope you enjoy.
